The staff was superfriendly, accommodating with every request. We were offered a cool room in unusable condition, everything was great.

The location was favourable, so close to a bus going to the town center, Niagara Falls, St Catharines, and Niagara on the Lake, and restaurants in the area. It also was in that great a neighborhood.
Sadly, there was no free carpark.

Thank you for a perfectly pleasant stay. The hotel is overall clean and is nice comfy base for a couple of nights. The units are tastefully decorated with a jacuzzi. Great to have an attached restaurant on the premises.

I had a great stay for the price. Overall it was impeccably clean and cheap with a jacuzzi. The location was unbeatable - just next door to Niagara on the Lake, restaurants, and the town center.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location in an undesirable area and easy access to a mall and convenience stores. For shots visit Don Cherry's Sports Grill, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.
No parking at all.

Very clean and modern, excellent bang for the buck! Unbeatable all around actually, but definately above the regular Days Inn experince when compared to other Days Inns.
Not at all...in fact we normally stay at the Best Western Cairn Croft which is also good and part of the Niagara Parks "play and stay" package...but to be honest, your place is better value. Going forward we can use the Niagara Parks VIP (which is free) to book our golf and then simply stay at your place instead! Mind you, Booked.net got us the amazing rate - so maybe a large part of the cudos should go to them. We loved how the room was clean and modernly furnished incl HD flatscreen for the hockey game. Improvements? The tv could have been larger and more than 3 channels would have been nice. But the service was amazing! My buddy forgot his toothbrush and the front desk readily handed him one - with toothpaste included!

I picked the hotel for its value and proximity to Canada One Outlet and short drive to the falls and casino. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms seemed to have been renovated, though the decor is simple, the queen bed is firm, comfortable and feels new. There are three puffy soft pillows on the bed, giving a slight feeling of luxury not normally found in Days Inn. The bathroom is clean too with basic supplies. I enjoyed my 2 night stay there.
While the carpet in the room is mostly clean, there is a stain which immediately degrades the impression. The public areas are not renovated, the carpets in the hallway and elevator are very tired and worn. There is a large garbage bin and recyle bin place outside the elevator which is an eyesore and diminishes the class of the hotel. This is unfortunate because with some visible improvements, this hotel could enhance its image and rating.
